Back When I Didn't Know

Let me take you back seven months ago when Paolo and I didn't know that I was pregnant. I know, its not Thursday and its not a good time for a throwback thursday post but since I do not have new OOTD shots, I'm just sharing you a long overdue outfit shot that I failed to blog then. It was the time when I was 50lbs lighter and stretchmarks free. Oh gosh I miss those days!

Right after our wedding, Paolo and I took a long break from work and had our vacation at Boracay. There, we tried a lot of water sports, (jetski, parasail, island hop) and even partied the Boracay way. Afterwards, we went to Enchanted Kingdom with my family and rode on all the extreme rides available. Only to find out a couple of weeks later that I was already 6 weeks pregnant with our first child.When the OB found out all the activities I did plus my history of myomectomy and uteroplasty last 2010, my OB immediately prescribed me with pampakapit to make sure the baby stays in my womb (I also experienced stomach pains back then). 

Now that I'm less than a month to finally meet my child, I always look back on those "crazy activities" Paolo and I did back then (add the strenous workout that I did before and after the wedding) and they make me realize how lucky I am to be in this point of pregnancy. It's true that when the Lord decides to bless you with an angel, He would do everything in His power to give him / her to you. I've prayed for this for so long and I am so thankful that despite all the risks I've experienced, the Lord has been protecting the safety of my baby.

Anyways  I hope you like my easy, laidback outfit I wore above. Can't wait to dress up like that again after I give birth!
