Keep Calm and Don't Panic

If there's one work wardrobe essential for me that would be blazers. Blazers are those never fail outfit pieces that can turn your sweet sunday dress to a power meeting outfit. Just like this SM GTW (Redhead) blazer that I transformed my bratop + leggings casual combo to a sexy work wear.

It was love at first sight when I saw this blazer. The colors are striking enough to transform any of my simple dresses or outfits to a stunning, attention-seeking look.

I am actually having a rough time lately as I've been encountering a number of wedding-related, stressful events lately. Paolo and I are very hands-on to our wedding preparations, checking up on our suppliers (we have almost 5 months left before the big day!!), and accounting our expenses. Unfortunately, we've discovered some mischievous news about a particular supplier. I have been experiencing serious panic attacks -- shortness of breath, increased palpitations and sleepless nights because of the things we found out, finding out and might fight out. Still, Paolo and I are strongly praying that we would be rightfully treated and get what we truly deserve.

However, I still hope that everything will be settled and explained in due time. I somehow felt a little betrayed for I've invested so much-- time, money and even emotions and it would be very hurtful if something terrible happens along the way. I pray that this would be settled as I have been very distracted at work and is even disturbed during sleep.

However all I can do now is to keep calm and PRAY. I'm just really happy that I have a supportive fiance who's been very understanding. He has been very calm in facing this little trouble and is assuring me that no matter what happens, he will always be there and be the best fiance he can be.

At the end of the day, I still feel very lucky.

Hi Rovie! It's sad to hear that you've encountered a bad experience with one of your suppliers. My brother is getting married this week and they worked out on a lot so I can say, I think (sort of) I know how you feel (when it comes to wedding preparations as I see it with my brother and his fiance).


Your wedding day is something special and meaningful, I hope it doesn't stress you out that much (because it shouldn't be that way I guess). I hope your problem with your supplier gets solved. :)

I agree with you about blazers. When I was still an office girl, I had this addiction to buying blazers because of how versatile they can be. :)

i wish i love wearing blazers din babe! I guess that's the only thing that i am lack with in my closet though working to have some colourful pieces ones that's not very thick in fabric lovethe whole calling calling on the phone shots!
