Uniqlo Pre-Launch Party

Finally! Japan's no.1 fashion brand UNIQLO has arrived in the Philippines! Offering basic, comfortable  and stylish pieces, UNIQLO definitely offers fashion that is definitlely Made For All. But before it formmally launched its 1,550 sqm boutique to the public last June 15, people from the media were invited for a Pre-Opening Party at SM MOA last Wednesday, June 13.

The event was hosted by Guji Lorenzana and Mellow 947's Tracy Abad

The event was opened by Mr. Tadashi Yanai, Fast Retailing Co's Chairman & by Ms. Teresita Sy-Coson Sm Investments Corp's Vice Chairperson

Mr. Katsumi Kubota, CEO of Fast Retailing Corp headed the Kagamiwari, the sake barrel opening ritual  along with the brand endorsers and the officers

We were asked to bring out our Masu, the wooden sake cups out of the cloth for a united toast.

Brand Endorsers, Iza Calzado, Chris Tiu and Chito Miranda eagerly posed for a photo-session.

Parokya ni Edgar performed and entertained us with their "classic" songs.

Encore Group with the UNIQLO cast also serenaded the audience as the program was about to end.

It was actually a great event, pastries were served and the whole event was relaxing as a whole.
But you know what's more exciting??
It's the Exclusive Pre-shopping treat from UNIQLO!!

Just beside our table are these good looking celebrities. :)

And minutes before the program ended we hurriedly went up to the UNIQLO store, fell in line with a lot of other people just to gain EXCLUSIVE access for their store and be the first to grab their collection.


And while shopping, I couldn't help but take photos of the celebrities I spotted shopping as well

But the highlight of my day was this:

Thanks so much UNIQLO! I feel so lucky to be one of the bloggers to cover your event. This is a sweet treat :)

I wasn't able to take photos of the items I hoarded (cause I was so amazed and stunned with all the items I saw) but I got a couple of pants, bratops and a shirt (I will blog bout it soon) :P


Yes the lines (for fitting and paying :p) were long but its worth the wait!
And tada! We are all happy girls :P

Indeed, Uniqlo is a candyland! Its a happier place cause their best sellers are priced at P590 for its opening week (until the 21st) :) So go now and treat yourself with some UNIQLO :D
